MSMC was fun.. i hate goin up there tho.. why?.. because there's never enough time.. when i finally get comfy, i have to take my "limo" back to doheny (thnx to walter, i didn't have to ride the shuttle last thurs).. *sigh*.. one day i'll stay longer..
so anywho.. today's my chem test.. i have not opened the book.. literally.. and the thing is i'm more worried about my research than my chem test.. i should split my attention on both.. bleh..
val & i were playin crossword puzzles durin dr. chou's class.. i can't help it.. his accent is so strong that i'm not able to understand..
maternal health was pretty interesting.. for some reason, dr. palmer kept winkin at me.. hmmm.. i knew it was the new perfume (mambo!)
i was wearin sweats on a hot day! "sweatin in sweats," as annabelle pointed out.. haha.. jenn & steph were just about to start a cat fight w/ the other group cuz they "stole" our topic when we've practically finished the project before they even thought of the subject.. as usual, i stood there.. i'm very passive.. i like to keep the peace
chem lab.. always productive.. hehe.. anton got sooooo angry at christian yesterday.. i've never seen that side of him before.. whoa!.. our experiment involved dry ice (solid CO2) and molar volume.. first u had to let the co2 vaporize before corking it.. christian put 3 scoops full of co2 and corked it right away.. the reaction --> so much pressure was contained that the cork flew across the room.. boom~!
Anton: why did u do that, christian!
Christian: i thought u were supposed to
Anton: no! that's why u did the pre-lab question.. so u'll know the reaction
Christian: oh.. (looks bewildered)
Me: um, sorry anton.. it was my fault.. he just kept buggin me so much that i told him to "put a cork in it".. i didn't know he was gonna do it for real
